While our plushies are crafted to the highest safety standards, they are primarily designed as premium collectibles for discerning adults and collectors. The intricate details, luxury materials, and craftsmanship position them as display pieces rather than traditional toys. If gifted to children, we recommend adult supervision due to their collectible nature.

To preserve the beauty and quality of your Nuvori plushie, we recommend gentle spot cleaning with approved fabric cleaners when necessary. Keep your plushie away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, and store in a cool, dry place when not on display. For significant soiling, professional cleaning is recommended. Each plushie comes with detailed care instructions.

Many of our plushies are created in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and collectibility. Each collection is carefully curated, with some designs produced in numbered editions. We clearly indicate which pieces are limited edition on their product pages. Once a limited edition piece is sold out, it will not be reproduced.

Shipping & Delivery

Each Nuvori plushie is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to metro cities and 5-7 business days to other locations across India.

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our focus is on providing exceptional service and timely delivery to our Indian customers.

Yes, all shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no additional cost to you. We use premium shipping services and protective packaging to ensure your Nuvori creation arrives in perfect condition.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on our website to view real-time updates on your order status and tracking information.

Payment & Pricing

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions. For orders over ₹75,000, we may request additional verification before processing your payment.

The price of each Nuvori plushie reflects the exceptional quality of materials, the skilled craftsmanship of our artisans, and the exclusive, limited-edition nature of our designs. Unlike mass-produced plushies, our pieces are handcrafted using premium fabrics and materials, with meticulous attention to detail. Each Nuvori plushie represents an investment in artisanal quality and timeless design.

Currently, we do not offer payment plans. All purchases require full payment at the time of order. We accept UPI, cards, and PayPal for your convenience.

There are no hidden fees with your purchase. The listed price includes the plushie and standard packaging. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout for complete transparency.

Policies & Customer Service

Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our plushies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each Nuvori piece is a unique creation that undergoes strict quality control before shipping. We strongly recommend that clients carefully review all product details before completing a purchase.

We do not provide replacements for purchased items. In the extremely rare circumstance that your Nuvori plushie arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs within 24 hours of delivery and contact our Client Services team immediately with your order number. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.

Each Nuvori plushie comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that details its creation, materials, and if applicable, its number in a limited edition series. This certificate serves as verification of your plushie's provenance and authenticity as a genuine Nuvori creation.
