As creators of luxury artisanal plushies, we have established the following shipping and returns policies to maintain the integrity of our exclusive collections.

Processing Time
Each Nuvori plushie is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipping.
Shipping Methods
We offer premium insured shipping on all orders across India. Your Nuvori creation will be delivered in our signature packaging designed to protect your investment.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our focus is on providing exceptional service and timely delivery to our Indian customers.
Returns & Replacements
No Returns Policy
Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our plushies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each Nuvori piece is a unique creation that undergoes strict quality control before shipping.
No Replacement Policy
We do not provide replacements for purchased items. Our artisans create each piece with exceptional care, ensuring that every plushie that leaves our atelier meets our rigorous standards of excellence.
We strongly recommend that clients carefully review all product details before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact our Client Services team.
Damaged Items
In the extremely rare circumstance that your Nuvori plushie arrives damaged:
- 1.Document the damage with photographs within 24 hours of delivery
- 2.Contact our Client Services team immediately with your order number and photographs
- 3.Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered
Each case will be evaluated individually. Please note that this does not constitute a return or replacement policy, and resolutions are at the sole discretion of Nuvori management.
Care & Maintenance
Proper care ensures your Nuvori plushie will remain a treasured piece for generations:
- •Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading
- •Gentle spot cleaning only with approved fabric cleaners
- •Store in a cool, dry place when not on display
- •Professional cleaning is recommended for significant soiling
